Jillian Hanna, LSW

I aim to create a supportive space where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. Embracing the power of creative expression, I incorporate art therapy exercises, games, and music to help you connect with your inner world. My approach is centered on your strengths, and I bring empathy, warmth, and humor to sessions.

I have experience working in substance use treatment and group/private practice settings. I find fulfillment in working with teens and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I have a special interest in supporting those from underrepresented communities, including but not limited to those in the LGBTQIA+ community. Your authentic self is not only welcomed but encouraged in our work together.

I utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and humanistic, tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs.
